The room rent would be $750/mo fully furnished including 32“ HDTV with all utilities (electric, water, cable TV and WIFI) included and you have access to the entire house amenities. Coffee is free, bathroom and laundry supplies are also provided. No down-payment or deposit required, no annual or rental contract.

I’m in my early 60s semi-retired professional, engaged, travel 70% (so I never hardly home). Fair, honest business dealings and a law abiding citizen. There are other long-term room renter in the house (ages 32 and 45) having good background, quiet, long working hours and never hardly home on weekend. These people are living proof that they are happy here and enjoy each other companies.
