The room is fully set up for you, and you would have your own dedicated, brand new bathroom. I added a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed with massage settings—it’s honestly amazing—along with a TV and dresser so you can just settle in.
I try to keep things super simple: $900 covers everything. That includes all utilities, super fast Fiber internet, and I even have a professional cleaner come to handle the cleaning. You’d have your own assigned spot in the fridge and pantry, and full use of the kitchen and laundry.
It’s a clean, smoke-free home with a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, no pets (so sorry, allergies!).
