It also features an executive sit/stand desk, and plenty of storage with dresser and two nightstands. You would also enjoy the privacy of your own dedicated, ensuite bathroom.
I have tried to make living here as simple and comfortable as possible, including AT&T Fiber (1Gbps), high end LG appliances, and WashTower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, and I have set up assigned pantry and fridge space so you always have room for your things too.
To keep things running smoothly, I cover all utilities in a single payment, which also includes professional cleaning of main areas. There is a peaceful yard with patio seating that is perfect for reading or relaxing.
I maintain a clean, smoke-free, and drug-free home with a quiet atmosphere. No pets unfortunately (allergies, sorry!). I prefer a 12-month or longer lease.
