I have a truly lovely, standalone studio available behind my home in Madison Park, and I’m looking for a wonderful person to call it home. I originally built this separate space for a family member to be a quiet, high-quality sanctuary that faces the greenery of the yard.
I designed the studio to be a place where you can really breathe. It has large windows and doors that open up to the garden, so it feels very connected to nature. It is completely private and standalone—no shared walls—so it’s perfect if you value your quiet time.
I’ve furnished it to be incredibly comfortable (it features a Tempur-Pedic split king adjustable bed with massage settings that is just a dream to sleep on). There is a full, beautiful kitchen with modern appliances, so you have everything you need to cook real meals and settle in properly.
I try to make life here as easy and stress-free as possible. What I am asking includes absolutely everything: all utilities, high-speed fiber internet, and landscaping. You won’t have to worry about a single bill or mowing the lawn.
It’s a calm, smoke-free environment, and while I love animals, I have to keep the space pet-free due to allergies. The studio is set up perfectly for one person.
