This Room is in a 2 bed room condo the size of room fits a queen size bed and a dresser comfortably. Perfect room for someone on the go. Must be extremely clean no clutter allowed. Bedroom on the 2nd level full bathroom is 2nd floor as well 1/2 bathroom on main floor. Small out door area.
I am quiet for the most part I like to listen music at least once a week. I love to communicate so there is no problems. I am easy to talk with so please feel free to share if something is on your mind. Clean is a must! must! must! Rent is due on the first of every month. Buy your own everything please and thank you. We treat each other respectfully, prefer no company but if need be not on a regular. I am a very low key and do not like traffic in the home. I do not smoke however, I am okay with cannabas absolutely no cigarette smoking inside. no other illegal drugs welcome. I will do a quick cleanliness room check once per month. If we decide we are a good roomie fit then room check will end. no dishes ever in the sink. You will have to clean up whatever you use and the bathroom after each use make sure it is presentable for my use and I will do the same for you. in closing, You need to be Clean, pay your bill on time and trustworthy. I am a full-time professional, Mostly at work.
