About the room

This Room is currently available Small 4 bedroom colonial house room size fits a queen size bed and a dresser comfortably. Perfect room for some one on the go. Must be extremely clean no clutter allowed. Bedroom on the 2cd level bathroom is on the first floor. Big yard and deck if needed to sit outside and relax.

About the roomies

I love to communicate so there is no problems. I am easy to talk with so please feel free to share if something is on your mind. Clean is a must! must! must! You are in charge on your own trash. Rent is due on the first of every month. Buy your own everything please and thank you. We treat each other respectfully, prefer no company but if need be not on a regular. I am a very low key and do not like traffic in the home. I do not smoke however, I am okay with cannabas absolutely no cigarette smoking inside. no other illegal drugs welcome. I will do a quick cleanliness room check once per month. If we decide we are a good roomie fit then room check will end. no dishes ever in the sink. You will have to clean up whatever you use and the bathroom after each use make sure it is presentable for my use and I will do the same for you. in closing, You need to be Clean, pay your bill on time and trustworthy. Roommates are friendly. All are full-time professionals, Mostly at work. Room ready to move into.
