Hello,
I have multiple rooms available for rent. One rooms rent will be $775 with utilities included (including internet). Another huge room is $805. Rooms come with a full or queen bed, closet and atleast one dresser.
All common areas will be shared including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.
Keep all areas clean as you will be sharing the common areas, no smoking inside the house, no noise complaints. Everyone has their own schedule to work and I ask everyone to respect that. This is not a party house.
The house is located in Titusville very close to Us1, Cheney Hwy, down town Titusville, and I-95. It is not a far drive to Walmart, Publix, Sonics, and restaurants. Parks are close proximity and Max Brewer Bridge. Kennedy Space Center is about 25 minutes away and Orlando is 35 minutes. For additional information and to secure a room, please message me.
Once again, single occupancy prices. Double occupancy would ofcourse be more.

The individuals in this house are respectful, clean, employed, and understand how to live in a shared house.
