Hello,
I have a room thats available for rent. Rent will be $820 with utilities included (including internet). Room comes with a full bed, closet and atleast one dresser. Additional pictures and videos can be provided to you.
All common areas will be shared including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.
Keep all areas clean as you will be sharing the common areas, no smoking inside the house, no noise complaints. Everyone has their own schedule to work and I ask everyone to respect that. This is not a party house.
The house is located in Titusville very close to US1, down town Titusville, and I-95. It is not a far drive to Walmart, Publix, Sonics, and restaurants. Parks are close proximity and Max Brewer Bridge. Kennedy Space Center is about 25 minutes away and Orlando is 35 minutes. For additional information and to secure a room, please message me.
Once again, single occupancy prices. Double occupancy would ofcourse be more.

Individuals at the house are respectful, quiet, no drama, clean, smoke outside. I am NOT looking for someone who thinks this is a party house and wants to be loud disturbing sleep and peace. There are working people in this house. Looking to rent to someone who understands how to stay in a shared house, pay rent on time and cause ZERO drama.
