I have a bedroom for rent that is $765 with UTILITIES INCLUDED AND INTERNET. The rooms comes with a queen bed and atleast one dresser. WEEKLY RATES AVAILABLE AS WELL.
All common areas will be shared including the living room, dining room, kitchen, etc
Keep all areas clean as you will be sharing the common areas, no smoking inside the house, no noise complaints. Everyone has their own schedule to work and I ask everyone to respect that. This is not a party house.
The house is located in Cocoa very close to US1, Clearlake, 520, and I-95. It is minutes away from Walmart, Publix, Sonics, Harvey’s grocery store, and restaurants. Eastern Florida Career College is also minutes away! Kennedy Space Center is about 25 minutes away and Orlando is 30 minutes. For additional information and to secure a room, please message me.
