We’re looking for new housemate in our 4-bedroom house. The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, with easy access to shopping & groceries, public transportation routes nearby, and downtown Seattle within a 15-minute drive or SeaTac airport within a 10-minute drive.
The room will become available beginning June 1st. Monthly rent is $950 for an east-facing downstairs bedroom - a 14’x12’ space with a full closet and direct access to the backyard patio. The house itself has about 1000 sq. ft. of common area, plenty of cupboard, pantry, and fridge space in case you like to cook; and though the garage is currently being used to store items and supplies, our driveway is spacious and should be able to accommodate any sized car or truck for safe off-street parking.
We currently split the utilities equally among all residents (which is a variable monthly amount, separate from monthly rent); and these include: water, sewer, garbage, natural gas (for the heating system, central AC, and kitchen range), electricity, and internet.
The current residents include a full-time student, a working adult, and small business owner who maintain a quiet, respectful living environment and generally keep to themselves but are friendly and considerate at the same time. If you’re mature, clean, and respectful this could be a great fit!
