The room is part of a 4-bed 3-bath townhouse and is on the third floor of the building & faces south, giving it plenty of natural light thanks to its big windows and unobstructed views. It also has a massive walk-in closet and high ceilings, and will have its own private bathroom. The townhouse itself was constructed within the past few years so it still has that new home feel. The best part of the house is how spacious everything feels inside thanks to the tall ceilings on every floor.

The neighborhood is reasonably walkable and has plenty of good restaurants and shops, but the parking situation is just unassigned street parking. Fortunately, the house has easy access to both Seattle and Bellevue thanks to proximity to I-5 and I-90, and there are a few bus lines within less than 100ft of the house. The Judkins Park Light Rail Station provides walking-distance access to Line 2 running between Northgate and Redmond, and the Mt. Baker station is also close by for easy access to Light Rail Line 1.

This room and its bathroom will be on its own floor with no other residents.

I’m currently living in the top floor bedroom with my partner - we’re generally quiet & keep to ourselves. We both sleep around 10pm & wake up at 8am to keep our schedules consistent for work, so ideally looking for somebody who isn’t throwing parties late into the night.
