The room is part of a 4-bed 3-bath townhouse and faces south, giving it plenty of natural light thanks to its big bay windows; and it’s about as big as a studio apartment on its own. This room also has a massive private bathroom with a spacious shower, and comes with its own street-level entrance. It’s almost entirely separate from the rest of the property, for those who enjoy their privacy. The townhouse itself was constructed within the past few years so it still has that new home feel (especially since nobody has been living in it recently). The best part of the house is how spacious everything feels inside thanks to the tall ceilings on every floor.
The neighborhood is reasonably walkable and has plenty of good restaurants and shops, but the parking situation is just unassigned street parking. Fortunately, the house has easy access to both Seattle and Bellevue thanks to proximity to I-5 and I-90, and there are a few bus lines within less than 100ft of the house. The Judkins Park Light Rail Station provides walking-distance access to Line 2 running between Northgate and Redmond, and the Mt. Baker station is also close by for easy access to Light Rail Line 1.
The other third floor bedroom is occupied by a 36yo man who is currently working on his Master’s degree, makes music, and very active in the local climbing community.
The ground floor bedroom is occupied by a 36yo man who is very enthusiastic about video games and anime & works from 12pm to 11pm on Sunday through Thursday.
I’m currently living in the top floor bedroom with my partner - we’re generally quiet & keep to ourselves. I’m mostly interested in olympic weightlifting, snowboarding & outdoor climbing, automotive & motorcycle racing, music production & urban dance, and self defense training. We both sleep around 10pm & wake up at 8am to keep my schedule consistent for work, so ideally looking for somebody who isn’t throwing parties late into the night.
