The room is part of a 4-bed 3-bath townhouse and faces south, giving it plenty of natural light thanks to its big bay windows; and it’s about as big as a studio apartment on its own. This room also has a massive private bathroom with a spacious shower, and comes with its own street-level entrance. It’s almost entirely separate from the rest of the property, for those who enjoy their privacy. The townhouse itself was constructed within the past few years so it still has that new home feel (especially since nobody has been living in it recently). The best part of the house is how spacious everything feels inside thanks to the tall ceilings on every floor.
The neighborhood is walkable and has plenty of good restaurants and shops, but the parking situation is just unassigned street parking. Fortunately, the house has easy access to both Seattle and Bellevue thanks to proximity to I-5 and I-90, and there are a few bus lines within 100ft of the house. Soon, construction on the Judkins Park Light Rail Station will be completed as well and provide walking-distance access to Line 2 running between Northgate and Redmond.
The main thing is that nobody lives in the townhouse at the moment, so the house itself is unfurnished and we’ll need to design the living space to make it cozy.
