Apartment is furnished with 2 mattresses, 1 Serta Queen and another Extra Firm twin worth both $2000 almost New, apartment has 2 small fridges, Kitchen with gas, very quiet and sunny. Perfect for someone that doesn’t have too much stuff so apartment is not empty:)
