This is a one bedroom apartment between Venice beach & Santa Monica, CA, I’m renting the room for the month of December only for now, needs to be a person that is a Non smoker of any kind, Calm and down to earth like I’m. I have a very peaceful Life and I’m very quiet and respectful. I work from home so that would be nice if you are employed day time:) this place is very close to the beach walking distance like 6 minutes, 3 blocks from the beach, near Urth Caffe Santa Monica, Whole foods, metro Expo Line, Santa Monica Pier etc…near to everything!! :) Very fun area!!! I’m renting it asap, I ask for $1395 rent and $1295 deposit to give you back January the first. Bathroom is inside of the room but I can use the bathroom in the bulding as well:) There is a chance to split the room next month with student for $795 each person that is my actual thinking. But it’s optional. Thank you!
I love pilates, meditation and I’m a Vegan:) I’m a very hard working person and I love living by the beach, is wonderful 😊
