Hello everyone! 😊 I have a 650 sqft 1 bedroom apartment between Venice and Santa Monica, just 4 blocks from the beach, area is paradise walk, 10 minutes walk to ocean park, Whole foods Venice, Urth Caffe Santa Monica, 17 minutes walk to Santa Monica Pier or Muscle Beach Venice, 5 minutes Walk to Gold gym Venice.

Room is shared, looking for a roommate that is a Non smoker of any kind. You will be renting as a guest home, you will be sharing room with a 1 super nice and quiet guy student and full time employed we are very clean, quiet and respectful 😊 There is nice dividers for privacy as well. Lady ( Me) is taking the living room. I’m working & studying finance from home from 9am to 6pm so I’m looking for a roommate that is fully employed Day time 🙂 There is a fridge in the shared room as well and microwave. Rent is just for the shared room. Place is very close to metro Expo Line, local bus number 1 and 8 minutes walk to the sand:) Walking distance to the beach paradise!! Very close to Santa Monica College, UCLA. I’m Not doing credit check! ideal for someone 🏄🌞🤽🚴, who’s in town temporarily for work, school or internship. You can use my parking spot as well for same low price 😊 One person only. thank you!
