Located in a quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of Florence near 5 points and downtown.

This home is prepared for you with love. It has character and we would love to host you in our well-preserved charming home. It is not a new build.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the entire space can accommodate up to two people comfortably. You will enjoy having access to a full kitchen with pots available, separate dining and living area.

You will have access to a full well-maintained bathroom with both shower & tub, a closet, and small drawer space. You will also have access to a trunk in the room to keep larger items that need storage.

The home is separated from the main house by a wall and has its own private entrance through the porch with stairs. Outside, hassle-free parking for two cars right in front. The rear entrance opens to the backyard, which is shared with our family. We do NOT allow pets in consideration of other guests who might have allergies.

No Smoking on the property.

We just wanted you to be aware that not more than 2 ppl are permitted to be on the property. Only registered guests may stay on the property. No parties or commercial photo shoots & other agendas are permitted. NO PETS

It’ll be entirely yours. No one else inside the home but you. Back wall is a shared wall.

Owner: I am a parent to a beautiful girl who is about to graduate from college. While you are living in the home, I have someone who will keep up the yard and a partner who is close to assist with maintenance related concerns.

You: With utilities included in the rent, we ask that if you break it, you replace it. Additionally, any light bill over $120 or water bill over $50 will be your responsibility.
