Private Bedroom with Ensuite (private bathroom) in Mount Washington, PA

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and offers a spacious, private retreat complete with its own ensuite bathroom.
***Note: The bed is not shown in the photos in order to better illustrate the true size of the room. If you prefer to bring your own mattress, a bedframe can be provided.

House guidelines:

1. No smoking on the property
2. No pets
3. Only registered guests may stay on the property
4. No parties, large gatherings, or commercial use (including photo shoots or other business activities)

Utilities: Utilities are included in the rent. However, If the electric bill exceeds $250 or the water bill exceeds $125 in a given month, the overage will be split between both occupants.

Parking: Free parking is available in front of the house, with plenty of additional street parking as well.

Mount Washington, PA. The neighborhood is convenient, safe and well-connected, with easy access to downtown Pittsburgh, public transportation, the airport and great local views and amenities. BONUS: TRANSIT stop 90 second walk from the front door.
