Available October 2025. 1 occupant only. Shared bathroom. No pets, no overnight guest or daily guest. furnished with queen size purple mattress bed a table and drawer. 3 houses down From community pool, 75mile walking/biking trails. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and medical center. All appliances, cookwear free use. Parking on driveway or infront of the house. Garage storage available. The home is kept clean, quiet, peaceful and safe. I have a group of maids that deep cleans once a month while I clean daily.

I work from home in my home office 8:30-4:30PM. The house has a toddler who is in day care 6am-6pm + an infant that goes to daycare with the toddler. After work I go to the gym and pick up the kids we have dinner from 7-8. Than retreat to our rooms after
