About the room

Avaible June 01, 2026 and another unfurnished room July 30 2026. 1 Ocupant only. Not furnished. Utilities included. The house has a new stainless steal refrigerator, new stainless microwave, new XL size washer and dryer (fits a King size bedsheets). All appliances free of use, pots pans utensils free use as well. Noise free dishwasher, 64 inch Samsung TV. The home is kept clean, quiet, peaceful and safe. I have a group of maids that deep cleans once a month while I clean daily.

About the roomies

I work from home 8:30am-4:30pm. My toddler is in daycare during my work hours. After I head to the gym and pick up the toddler. We all eat dinner and head to bed at 9PM. You will most likely only see us on the weekends. We have 1 other room mate.
