Two Rooms Available in Bridgeland – Looking for a Standard Roommate OR Part-Time Live-In Nanny
Hello! I am a professional single mother of two sweet kids (both under 5 years old), and we are moving into a beautiful home in Bridgeland. I have two separate rooms available and am open to two different living arrangements (single occupants only):
Option 1 (Part-Time Live-In Nanny / Exchange): Looking for someone to assist with the children Monday through Friday for 2 hours a day while I head to the gym. Duties include either morning school drop-off at 9:15 AM OR afternoon pick-up at 2:15 PM (the school is a convenient 6-minute walk from the house). In exchange, you will receive significantly reduced rent with all utilities included.
Option 2 (Standard Roommate): Renting out a private bedroom under a traditional, standard live-in roommate agreement with utilities included.
