The room is part of a 4-bed 3-bath townhouse and faces north, giving it a lot of shade and keeping it cooler in the summer. The property’s water heater is located in the left corner of the closet however, which cuts down on the available space a bit. It also shares a spacious bathroom with the other third-floor bedroom. The townhouse itself was constructed within the past few years so it still has that new home feel (especially since nobody has been living in it recently). The best part of the house is how spacious everything feels inside thanks to the tall ceilings on every floor.
The neighborhood is walkable and has plenty of good restaurants and shops, but the parking situation is just unassigned street parking. Fortunately, the house has easy access to both Seattle and Bellevue thanks to proximity to I-5 and I-90, and there are a few bus lines within 100ft of the house. Soon, construction on the Judkins Park Light Rail Station will be completed as well and provide walking-distance access to Line 2 running between Northgate and Redmond.
The main thing is that nobody lives in the townhouse at the moment, so the house itself is unfurnished and we’ll need to design the living space to make it cozy.
