We’re looking for new housemate in our 4-bedroom house. The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, with easy access to shopping & groceries, public transportation routes nearby, and downtown Seattle within a 10-minute drive.
The room is currently unoccupied & available for rent. Monthly rent is $1,100 the east-facing master bedroom upstairs - a 17’x12’ space with two closets and a full private bathroom. The house itself has about 1000 sq. ft. of common area, plenty of cupboard, pantry, and fridge space in case you like to cook; and though the garage is currently being used to store items and supplies, our driveway is spacious and should be able to accommodate any sized car or truck for safe off-street parking.
We currently split the utilities equally among all residents (which is a variable monthly amount, separate from monthly rent); and these include: water, sewer, garbage, natural gas (for the heating system, central AC, and kitchen range), electricity, and internet.
The rest of the residents include one mid-20s woman and two mid-20s men. Everybody works a standard Monday-Friday 8am-5pm job, and there aren’t many disruptions going on in the evenings. Everybody gets along, but generally keeps to themselves due to different interests like outdoors/exercise, videogames, bars/music, etc. The house generally stays quiet unless we all decide to get together to do something together. Of course, it’s fine to bring your guests & overnight friends, but we don’t tend to host parties or anything like that.
