Looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home. The north-facing first-floor bedroom is around 10’×12’, with one full-size closet, and is secluded on the shady side of the house. You’ll share the downstairs bathroom with one other male resident.
Utilities are split equally among residents - typically $90-110/month (water, sewer, garbage, natural gas, electricity, internet).
The house itself is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to groceries, several public transit routes nearby, downtown Seattle within a 15-minute drive & SeaTac airport within a 10-minute drive.
The current residents include a full-time student, a working adult, and small business owner who maintain a quiet, respectful living environment and generally keep to themselves but are friendly and considerate at the same time. If you’re mature, clean, and respectful this could be a great fit!
