Roommate Needed!
We have a fully furnished master suite bedroom with a walk in closet, and its own private bathroom.
We are looking for a long term roommate to rent the room to. Our home is a clean and smoking free(inside) home. No pets. All together with rent and utilities, including fast internet, is $900. All roommates keep shared areas including bathroom tidy and clean and possible roommates are expected to follow this rule. There are currently three other male tenants in the house.
Everything seen in the room is included for any renters to use once they move in. We are looking for renters till at least six months to a year. If you are interested message me and we will see if you are a good fit for us.
