Roommate Needed for this October/November!
We have a fully furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom.

We are looking for a long term roommate to rent the room to. The bedroom has a window and decent sized closet. The bathroom is shared between two other rooms, however one of the roommates is rarely home during the month. Our home is a clean and smoking free home. No pets. All together with rent and utilities, including fast internet, is $700. We currently have 3 roommates living in the house. All roommates keep shared areas including bathroom tidy and clean and possible roommates are expected to follow this rule.
Everything seen in the room is included for any renters to use once they move in. We are looking for long term renters, a year or more. We background check everyone and have leases. If you are interested message me and we will see if you are a good fit for us.

We currently have three roommates in the house. One in the master suite Who doesn’t come out of his room other for food and work. He keeps to himself most of the time. The other two roommates that share this bathroom are almost never home due to their jobs. The other it’s the owner’s brother and he is a trucker who comes home maybe a week a month. The owner, my boyfriend, and I do not currently live on the property but we do come by regularly to restock and check on things.
