We are looking for a roommate to rent the room to. The bedroom has a window and decent sized closet. The bathroom is shared between two other rooms, however one of the roommates is rarely home during the month. Our home is a clean and smoking free home. No pets. All together with rent and utilities, including fast internet, is $700. We currently have 3 roommates living in the house. All roommates keep shared areas including bathroom tidy and clean and possible roommates are expected to follow this rule.
Everything seen in the room is included for any renters to use once they move in. We background check everyone and have leases. If you are interested message me and we will see if you are a good fit for us.
