Utilities are included in the total rent amount($900)!! 2,500 sq ft for the whole house with three lovely common areas and a large kitchen! You will have your own room(master) with an ensuite bathroom. There are also 2 shared bathrooms, and we’re the only house in the area with a massive backyard✨️ We are located in the middle of a shopping district, meaning so many things are in easy walking distance even the grocery store! Public transport is pretty nice around here too.
My partner and I get an influx of produce and are so happy to share when asked. Once everyone is more settled it would be lovely to invite someone else to lower the rent even more!! We are lgbtq friendly and hope for everyone to be comfy and lack stress. I am a Trans man, my partner is a Trans woman, another roommate is nb and aesexual, and last but not least another Trans woman. We look forward to chatting^-^
