Utilities and rent are included in the total rent amount($900)!! 2,500 sq ft for the whole house with three lovely common areas and a large kitchen! There are also 2 shared bathrooms, and we’re the only house in the area with a massive backyard✨️ We are located in the middle of a shopping district, meaning so many things are in easy walking distance even the grocery store! Public transport is pretty nice around here too.
