Mona's room

There is a room available for you to rent. The rooms are on the second floor with a shared restroom veteeen two rooms only. Main floor is the kitchen, living and dining areas and a guest 1/2 bathroom. Utilities are ALL included to your rent :) The room with shared restroom, street parking is $650 per month. The room has a ceiling fan. Message me if you want to schedule a time to see your new home! Serious inquiries only please! 8 months minimum required. To hold room $200 refundable deposit required due by 01/01, this is not the entire deposit but will be applied to your main deposit.

We have 2hypoallergenic dogs who do really well with cats!! We are two roommates who one work 9-5 regular job and the other is only home 12 days a month from work.. we are laid back, come by and check out the house
