This property is a Female only occupancy. The room is the second largest bedroom in the home with a closet and another storage closet available, could be used as another closet if you’d like.. restroom for this room is shared with another basement tenant. The monthly fee includes utilities(gas, electricity and internet), room and a shared restroom. On the main floor of the living room and kitchen there is a powder room available to anyone or guests. We are at the capacity for animals allowed by the HOA. So no animals allowed. We he room is meant for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only. No couples, siblings, friends etc.. 2 floor has a large washer and dryer available at anytime for usage. Refrigerators are shared spaced so you will have designated areas for you kitchen supplies and food storage. serious applicants for tours only
townhouse is female vacant and we have 3 dogs one being a service animal.. we are clean, respectful and rarely see one another due to our schedules. Let us know what you think? :)
