NO COUPLES, NO DOGS. WE HAVE REACHED OUR MAX OF DOGS IN THE HOME DUE TO HOA There is a room available for you to rent. The rooms are on the second floor with a shared restroom. Main floor is the kitchen, living and dining areas and a guest 1/2 bathroom. Utilities are ALL included to your rent :) The room with shared restroom and drive way parking is $800 per month. The room has a ceiling fan. Message me if you want to schedule a time to see your new home! Serious inquiries only please! 6 months minimum required. To hold room $200 refundable deposit required due by 01/31, this is not the entire deposit but will be applied to your main deposit. Main deposit and rent due at time of move in.

Currently have 3 hypoallergenic dogs. They get along with cats very well! I am looking for a clean, respectful roomie. If you’re interested let me know! We are a Female Only Home. Drama free, very clean home.
