Jessica Yang's room

Our house is conveniently located in the nice area of Pomona, it is near downtown Pomona, W-mart, Target, Costco and shopping centers, highways 10, 60, 57, and 71; It is close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges. This bedroom has new paint, with wood laminate flooring and a big window with flower tree shade outside. The room is also very quilted, because it is located in the back of the house, away from the street. It is about 10/12 size. It does have a big closet, dressers and 3 storage cabinets on top of the closet , but this closet is located in the hallway, right outside of the room door. Utilities, FIOS wireless Internet services are included in the rent. We have a shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. We offer off street parking in the backyard. We are just asking for a six month lease commitment, after which, you may remain in the room on a month to month tenancy. The moving cost we ask is the first-month rent, the last month and for the equivalent of one month rent as a refundable security deposit. We do hire one person to clean the sharing area of the house, the fee is $10 a month.

There are totally 5 people in the house now, two rooms available. Every room should have individual tenants, they have verity backgrounds, colors, and educational levels, and all of them are nice, hard working, and friendly people. Their are all stay in this property for over 3 years. We have no kids and no pets in the property, only one lady right not. We are looking for nice, hard working, friendly single people to move in.
