Our ranch style house is conveniently located in a nice area of Pomona. It has a long drive way through the metal gate drive in the property. It has a large parking space in the backyard. It is near highways 10, 60, 57, and 71; It is close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges, University of La Verne. It is near the downtown of Pomona city, grocery stores, restaurants, banks and different kinds of stores are in walking distance; The movie theaters, W-mart, Costoco, DMV, Post office are a few minutes drive.
The room for rent was a huge private family room, about 250 square feet, with a private entrance. It is triple size of small bedrooms. It has two entrances, one door access to the hallway of the inside house, connected with bathroom, kitchen, etc. Another is a private entrance face to the driveway of the house, it has two doors: a wood and a metal door, connected with a small porch with a few steps. The room has nice tile flooring, ceiling fan, whole wall big windows, and fireplace, built- in shelves, etc. It is located in the backside of the house, away from the street, so it is very quilted and comfortable. The parking spot is right ourside or the entrance on the drive way, jest few steps from parking to the room, very convience. This parking space fee include in the rent.
This room is just like you live in a studio and somebody pays all your utilities, laundry and Internet fees. We are asking $1000 a month rent includes Utilities, FIOS high speed wireless Internet service. We have a shared big kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and hallways. We are just asking for a six-month lease commitment, after which, you may remain in the room on a month-to-month tenancy. The moving cost is dependent on your credit and monthly income, but it does include the equivalent of one month rent as a refundable security deposit.
