About the room

This is a brand new, just built 3 bed, 2 bath ADU house. It has not have people live in yet. It shares a big parking are and big yard with another property, it is located in the back yard of the property. When you drive in property from the metal gate, you need pass long of front house. So It is far away from busy street, very quilted and peaceful. Our neighborhood is around old ranch style big houses with large yard, it is peaceful, all neighbours are nice and friendly. The property is conveniently located in the nice area of Pomona, it is near shopping centers, highways 10, 60, 57, and 71; It is close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges. This master bedroom is about 12/12 size, with a private bathroom and walking closet. Again, everything in this room is brand new, new paint, new floor, new double glass windows and brand new bathroom. The room has its own air conditioner with remote control. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, stove oven, dish washer and others. The kitchen and living room is in the center of the house, one side is the master bedroom, and the other side is another two bedrooms. We ask $1500 a month rent including utilities, cable TV, and wireless Internet new air conditioner. We offer off street parking for one vehicle. We are just asking for a six month lease commitment, after which, you may remain in the room on a month to month tenancy. We are asking for the equivalent of one month’s rent as a refundable security deposit. Based on your income and credit score, we might ask the last month’s rent when you move in. We are looking for a single, nice, and responsible female tenant.

About the roomies

People live in the house are nice, friendly, hard working. They are respectful and responsible. The are very quilt, no smoke, no drink, no party, no drug, the do not even make loud TV noice. They mind their own buinese, but they still try to helpful if you need. They have good education and most of them are professional. We want same kind of person live with us, we only want single person without pets.
