Our beautiful house is located in one of the best areas in Claremont, right under the mountain, north of Freeway 210, which has really fresh air, flowers, trees, birds, squares, rabbits are everywhere . It is a really quilt, peaceful and wonderful neighborhood, full of positive energy. It is just a few steps to the famous Stephens Creek Trail; Three community parks are a few blocks away. Although there are no crowds and shops within walking distance, the famous Claremont Village, Claremont colleges with all kinds of restaurants and shops is only a few minutes drive; All the center of town, train station, banks and library, post office etc, and the highway entrance are all within a few minutes drive. University of La Vern, West University, Cal Poly are all close by. This house is huge. It is structured like a bird. We live on one side of the wing, and our roommates live on the other side of the wing. Roommate’s space and privacy gets very much respect in the house. The roommates area has a relatively separated part and a separated entrance of house and gate. The laundry room with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and convenience oven. The room has its own refrigerator. The room for rent has nice paint and a pretty new bamboo floor. It is about 12x12, with a small walk-in closet. It has a double layer nice window with a beautiful mountain view. It looks very charming and clean. We provide one parking space on the driveway for you to use. We ask $1000 a month rent which includes utilities, laundry, wireless internet and parking. One month rent to be deposited if you have good income and good credit; we ask for a 3 month lease to start, after that the lease will become month to month. We only provide simple cooking in the house, including your own refrigrater, share microwave, toster-over, coffe maker and airfrier. People live in the house are nice, friendly, hard working. They are respectful and responsible. The are very quilt, no smoke, no drink, no party, no drug, the do not even make loud TV noice. They mind their own buinese, but they still try to helpful if you need. They have good education and most of them are professional. We want same kind of person live with us, we only want single person without pets.
