Upstairs and Main floor tenants do not have access to the others’ common areas except the laundry area which is located between the two.
There is a front, middle, and back yard with seasonal apples and raspberries. Gardeners welcome. And we’re just about into fruit season!
Location: We’re a few blocks from Lents park and a few blocks from 82nd and Foster, nicely tucked into the neighborhood. Good walkability and convenient for bus stops or max line, hopping on the freeway, or onto the main roads into downtown.
This room shares its common areas currently with a fantastic young gentleman from the room next door. Most of the tenants who come through are either college students finishing school, travelers, or young professionals just getting started, making the space almost a pseudo dorm house, though being a student is not required.
About us a bit: We live in the other house on property and work from home most of the time with Hubby often doing projects to improve the property, and other creative projects like audiobooks and 3d printing. Wify works for a nonprofit in Africa helping impoverished women learn entrepreneurship. We otherwise enjoy Netflix and board games and hanging out with our littles.
