A fully refundable security deposit of $1150, along with prorated first month's rent, is required upon move-in; payment plans for this are not available. The lease is flexible and month-to-month, allowing you to stay according to your needs, although a minimum of three months is preferred, and 30 days minimum is required as per city restrictions.
