This private basement suite is available for one person only. The space includes a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and the added convenience of a dedicated garage space—all for $1,000 per month, utilities and Wi-Fi included. Three other tenants reside in the home above, each with their own lease. The laundry room and main front door are shared, while all other areas of the suite remain private. Furniture shown in the photos can be included or removed based on your preference.
Our screening process begins with a short questionnaire via messenger, followed by a complimentary background check, and may include a reference from a previous landlord. To secure the suite, we require a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent, plus the prorated first month’s rent at move-in.
We offer a flexible month-to-month lease (minimum three months preferred), with no application fees and no credit checks. Pets are not permitted. This suite will be available October 2nd, and interest is expected to be high so I’m looking to fill it immediately.
