Two living rooms, spacious kitchen and laundry room, great area with new development everywhere. Bathroom shared with two others. Doesn’t come with garage, driveway or shed access. Flexible month-to-month lease (stay as long as you want however, I do prefer someone to stay at least three months). My screening process begins with several questions via messenger, a background check at no cost to you and potentially a previous landlord reference. I don’t check credit and I have no application fee. It’s available for showings now. I require 1st month’s rent and security deposit of $700.00 upon move in, I can’t split this up into payments. I can’t hold it for anyone and i’m looking to fill it now. It’s only for one person, preferably someone who doesn’t work graveyard shifts.
