Lots of free amenities included in rent. Private house in Latham - 2 bedrooms available for 2 individuals with a shared bathroom (to be used by 2 renters in 2 bedrooms). Rent may be less on duration of stay and room chosen. Month-to-Month and short term. Brand new furniture (Queen bed/mattress, work desk/chair, dresser), shared dining and living room furniture, free utilities (Electricity/Gas/Water/Trash /WiFi/Lawn care/Snow removal/once-a-month professional cleaning of bathroom/kitchen/living room/hallway). Vacuum will be available for individual bedroom carpet cleaning by each renter. Unlimited coffee/tea, toilette papers/paper towels supply will be provided at no-cost along with bread toaster, egg maker, coffee makers (single cup + multiple cups) and electric kettle. Each renter will have to use own cooking pots/pans/dishes. Unlimited use of washer and dryer - free laundry supplies. Parking on driveway or on street on a cul-de-sac.
