Quiet with professionals living in - Fully furnished full size bed in room with large patio door and view of the outside, living room, 2 kitchens (with many appliances and dinnerware) and many free amenities - a squeaky clean large house in an upscale HOA community and 2 bathrooms (1 in each floor) for sharing. No restriction on using whichever a guest chooses. The rent is all inclusive (list of all free amenities and supplies are given below) and standard lease is for minimum 3 months or more.
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be needed and will be refunded upon vacating the house provided the room and other usage areas remain clean as provided. Rent can be paid weekly, biweekly or monthly - your choice. 1 month advance notice is required to vacate.
For lease 1-3 months, additional $100 will be added to the rent. Any room request for less 30 days will be rerouted through airbnb portal.

Note: The bathroom and kitchen for this room may be shared with guest(s) in the adjacent room depending on if the room has guest(s) simultaneously or not.
Parking will be on the driveway. TV is available for app based program viewing. There is no regular TV service. The house is not on busline and far from public transportation facilities. You must have your own car or arrangement for shared transportation.
This rental property is managed professionally. I maintain this property as airbnb + long term lease combination but operates with hotel type amenities.
