Fully furnished queen bed room, living room, 2 kitchens (with many appliances and dinnerware) and many free amenities - the property is a squeaky clean large townhouse in an upscale HOA community and 2 bathrooms (1 in each floor) for sharing. No restriction on using whichever a guest chooses. The rent is all inclusive and standard lease is for minimum 2 months or more.

A refundable security deposit of $1000 will be needed and will be refunded upon vacating the house provided the room and other usage areas remain clean as provided. Rent can be paid weekly, biweekly or monthly - your choice. 1 month advance notice is required to vacate.

Upto 2 adults can be accommodated in the same room.

The following amenities are included in rent -

1. fully equipped kitchens (toaster, microwave, electric can opener, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dinnerware, cookware, etc)
2. fully furnished dining and living areas
3. free laundry supplies - unlimited
4. free bath supplies (shampoo/ conditioner/bath gel/hand soap)
5. free toilet paper rolls/paper towel rolls
6. one set of bed linens/comforter/ pillows/towels
7. hair dryer
8. free tea (earl grey) and coffee (Starbucks and Nescafe) - unlimited
9. professional house cleaning once per month
10. Extra electric heater in room if needed
11. Emergency light in room and in both kitchens in case of power failure
12. Emergency maintenance through property manager
13. Parking on driveway/street (cul-de-sac without traffic)
14. Free electricity/gas/trash
15. Free wifi
16. Free lawn care
17. Free snow removal (at 3 inches snow, through HOA)
18. Any other amenity through mutual agreement

Note:

1. The bathroom and kitchen for this room may be shared occasionally by the owner and/or his guests but not on a regular basis as the owner does not stay in the house.

2. Short term rental is available for $1500 per month.

This rental property is managed professionally. I maintain this property as airbnb + long term lease combination but operates with hotel type amenities.
