We have three fully furnished rooms for rent in our newly renovated home, and we’re looking for roommates who are ready to live it up! Our house is conveniently located near freeways, transit, hospitals, and military bases, which means you’ll never have to worry about being late for class or work again.
But wait, there’s more! We have two friendly dogs and two sweet cats who are always down for a cuddle session, so you’ll never feel lonely. Sorry, no more pets are allowed, because our furry friends are already running the show.
Our largest room comes with not one, but TWO closets, so you can finally say goodbye to those days of cramming all your clothes into a tiny space. And speaking of space, you’ll have access to all common areas, including a living/dining room, kitchen, large backyard with patio and deck, and even an on-site laundry room.
But don’t take our word for it, come see for yourself! Our house is monitored by ADT and all exterior doors have keyless entry, so you’ll never have to worry about any unwanted visitors. Plus, there’s ample street parking and our neighborhood is safe and walkable.

Hey there, potential roommates! Allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re Jon (he/him) and Amber (she/her), and we’re the proud owners of this beautiful home that we’re excited to share with you.
Jon is a professional musician, and if you love music as much as we do, you’re in luck! We have a grand piano in our living room that’s just begging to be played. So if you’re a fellow music lover, we already know we’re going to get along just fine.
And speaking of getting along, we’re looking for roommates who are respectful, kind, and who will fit in well with our diverse household. We believe that everyone has something unique and valuable to offer, and we want to create a space where everyone feels welcome and included.
