Hey! We have two fully furnished rooms for rent in our newly renovated home, and we’re looking for roommates! All utilities and paper products included! (TP, paper towels etc.) One is $900 and available 1/13 and the other one is $800 and available 2/1. Our house is conveniently located near freeways, transit, hospitals, and military bases. We are also steps away from PLU. All of our furnished rooms come equipped with tvs, desks, closets and all linens. You will have access to all common areas, including a living/dining room, kitchen, large backyard with patio, deck AND hot tub as well as two washer and dryers in our laundry room. Additionally, each bedroom has its own keyless lock with your own individual code. Currently we have four of our six total rooms rented. We are a mix of students and professional adults. There’s ample street parking and our neighborhood is safe and walkable. We do have several resident pets (cats and dogs) so we aren’t accepting any more at this time! They love cuddles and are very friendly. We have two listings available right now with rents by bedroom as follows:
$900 - full size bed (utilities included) $800 - twin bed (utilities included)
Move in requirements are first and last month’s rent. If you move in during a partial month, your first month will be prorated. We are only renting each room to one person at a time, no couples. Thanks!
