We have one fully furnished room for rent in our newly renovated home, and we’re looking for roommates! Our house is conveniently located near freeways, transit, hospitals, and military bases. We are also steps away from PLU.
All of our furnished rooms come equipped with tvs, desks, closets and all linens. You will have access to all common areas, including a living/dining room, kitchen, large backyard with patio, deck AND hot tub as well as two washer and dryers in our laundry room. Additionally, each bedroom has its own keyless lock with your own individual code.
Currently we have five of our six total rooms rented. We are a mix of students and professional adults. There’s ample street parking and our neighborhood is safe and walkable.
We do have several resident pets (cats and dogs) so we aren’t accepting any more at this time! They love cuddles and are very friendly.
We have one listing available right now with rents by bedroom as follows:

(Rent includes all utilities and we supply paper products; tp, paper towels, etc.)
