Our smallest room may be tiny, but it’s still packed with everything you need to make it a comfortable space. It comes with a comfortable twin bed, a closet, and a TV. It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t need a lot of space and prefers a cozier living environment.
As mentioned before, our house is conveniently located near freeways, transit, hospitals, and military bases. Plus, it’s just steps away from PLU’s Mary Baker Russell building, making it the perfect spot for students and professionals alike.
And of course, we can’t forget about our furry friends! We have two friendly dogs and two sweet cats who love nothing more than a good cuddle session. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any more pets at this time, but we promise our current furry family members will keep you company.
Our largest room comes with not one, but TWO closets, so you’ll never have to worry about running out of space for your clothes. Plus, you’ll have access to all common areas, including a living/dining room, kitchen, large backyard with patio and deck, and even an on-site laundry room.
Our house is monitored by ADT and all exterior doors have keyless entry, ensuring your safety and security. And with ample street parking, you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot for your car.

Hey there, potential roommates! Allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re Jon (he/him) and Amber (she/her), and we’re the proud owners of this beautiful home that we’re excited to share with you.
Jon is a professional musician, and if you love music as much as we do, you’re in luck! We have a grand piano in our living room that’s just begging to be played. So if you’re a fellow music lover, we already know we’re going to get along just fine.
And speaking of getting along, we’re looking for roommates who are respectful, kind, and who will fit in well with our diverse household. We believe that everyone has something unique and valuable to offer, and we want to create a space where everyone feels welcome and included.
We understand that living with strangers can be a little nerve-wracking, which is why we’ll be setting up interviews with anyone who’s interested in our space. We want to make sure that there’s a mutual vibe and that we all feel comfortable living together.
