The room is located upstairs in a 2 bedroom townhouse with 1689 total square feet. The other room is occupied by mature male that is a manager for a pool company in Scottsdale. He is very nice, quiet, respectful, reliable and clean. The home offers access to the common areas. I ask that you have respect for these areas as they are for you to use but not abuse. I do not accept any smoking in the house. Common areas are mainly the living room, dining room, student desk area, kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 bathroom all downstairs. Plus private enclosed covered patio with a covered parking spot out back.
