Very large master bedroom available in Glendale Arizona. The room is upstairs for privacy. It is furnished with a queen bed, and a small dresser. The room has walk in closet,a wardrobe closet and built in vanity. Also has it own bathroom.
You will have shared access to the common areas that are downstairs. They are also furnished living room, student desk area, dining area, full kitchen with newer electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a refrigerator. The laundry room also a 1/2 bathroom. Several cabinets and pantry to share with roommate. Out back is a private covered patio,and a covered parking spot.
I own this home and not there much. I come and go as needed so you may not see me much, if at all, that depends on your schedule. I am looking for another roommate that is quiet, clean, responsible and respectful of others things and space.
