You would be renting a room, not an apartment. This is a extra large 16x20 ft master bedroom in a 2 bedroom townhouse. The room has it’s own 3/4 bathroom, walk in closet, wardrobe closet and built in vanity. Also has a queen bed and small dresser. You will have access to the common areas, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and covered patio. The community pool during the summer season. You will also have 1 covered parking spot. I require prorated rent plus deposit upfront at time of move in. I offer $50 discount if following months rent is deposited into my bank account on or before the 1st of each month.
