Hi all! I’m looking to form a group of 4 or 5, including myself to rent a house together. Wanted to form a small group so we can rent a bigger place and save more money at the same time oppose to small and expensive apartments. Timeline is very flexible. Ideal place would be a 4 or 5 bedroom house over 2,000 square feet (preferably over 3,000 sq ft) within 30 min to downtown Riverside (I’ve included a map for the radius). The pictures shows some examples of houses that are ideally going for. Everyone will have full access to all the general areas. This will be our own place and you won’t feel like stuck in your room. I will be taking the Master bedroom. The other rooms will range from 650-800 per month depending on the price of the house.
Housemates: Ideally looking for other professionals with that have established careers. Open to also housemates that are working towards goals. We are looking for responsible and clean individual. Sorry, no animals.
