Hi all! I’m looking to form a group of 4 or 5, including myself to rent a house together. Wanted to form a small group so we can rent a house or a townhome and save more money at the same time as oppose to small and expensive apartments. Timeline is very flexible. Ideal place would be a 4 or 5 bedroom house or townhome. (I’ve included a map for the radius). The pictures shows some examples of houses that are ideally going for. Everyone will have full access to all the general areas. This will be our own place and you won’t feel like stuck in your room. I will be taking the Master bedroom. The smaller rooms will have less rent. Looking at the current rent prices, the smaller rooms will range from 900-1200. It most likely will be in the middle of that range.
Housemates: Ideally looking for other professionals with that have established careers. Open to also housemates that are working towards goals. We are looking for responsible and clean individual. Sorry, no pets. It’s just hard to find a house for rent that allows pets. Looking to create an environment of positive energy, cleanliness, respect, and more.

My interests include, karaoke, watching/playing basketball, read business books/inspirational books, spend time with friends, training for 10K marathons, astrology. I’m into business and like to talk about business strategies and entrepreneurship.
