The location is in SW Denver. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood with easy access to Hampten, Federal, and I-25. About a 20 minute drive to downtown, 15 minutes Red Rocks, 15 minutes to the mountains, and just 10 minutes to S Pearl Street.

The upstairs room has a great west-facing view (the sunsets are fantastic). And the 2 basement rooms are good size, private and both have big windows. Each level has a full bathroom and plenty of storage space.

The kitchen and living room are fully furnished with big windows, plenty of sunlight, and modern appliances. You would only need to furnish you room.

Street parking is ample and within 30 feet of the main entrance.
